Who cares what the Europeans think? Europe is currently in an economic depression and is a demographically dying economic block. Making matters worse, Europe holds no economic or political power.
Paris is dead, none of the European powers are likely to achieve the goals they promise only America will meet its goals even though we will not sign. This is essentially how it always goes. The Europeans seek only virtue.
