Fad! I agree with the idea of eating a good variety of foods, and make sure you switch up the vegetable colors. This makes sure you are getting a large variety of foods, and nutrients. Then eat the correct amount for your metabolism, and you should be fine.
That salsa would be great on eggs in the morning! Add some Secret Aardvark, or chile flakes, and bam!
