But the idea he looks more frail, or more mesmerized by balloons than Hillary is outrageously funny. They both look like zombies going through the motions, looking for one more brain . . . 

I don't know what is going on in this video, but let's be honest, she looks like she is having some kind of little kid seizure with the balloon drop! Bill on the other hand looks like Bill, a dried husk of his former Bubba self.

Oh, so that's it, the greatest political operator in modern American political history just got stupid?! Oh come on! More likely Bill is subtly sabotaging Hillery's Presidential aspirations just as he did in 2008. He does not want to be upstaged, and so he says thing like . . .

When Bill became President some called it a twofer, as if getting Hillary was somehow a good thing. This time it looks to be a confer, since neither Bill nor Hillary have the apparent energy, or the mental capacity to act the role. But then they are only in it for the graft, and corruption, all that Presidenty stuff just cobbles up the money works. Best to ignore it to the extent it does not result in lucre, and let the next sorry sod deal with the disaster.
