Glenn!!! I am shocked, shocked I tell you, that you would fall in for the communist menace of unlicensed shampooers!

Oh, wait! You mean they are licensing hair shampooers? Really! Why? Because they might not know how to properly answer the phone?

That training covers things like applying shampoo, rinsing and conditioning and answering the phone and taking appointments. Shampoo hair without a license, and you can get six months in jail."
So much for the argument that government is so slim we could not cut one thin dime!
All of this is a form of insanity, and a competition inhibitor. I don't know which I like less. Like Glenn, I think these regulations are not just wasteful but injurious to the people who are required to obtain the license.
