Olympic officials think they have the green pool water figured out — but there's a lingering doubt
Not Me told me a story once about what 12 year old boys would do to the neighbors pools. They would take about 1-2 cups of green food coloring, and a box of high sudsing soap, pour them into plastic bags, and them put a wee bit of tape on the bags so they would not open immediately, then toss them over the fence and into the pool. After an hour or two, the pool would be filled with green foamy goodness. Enough soap, and the green foamy goodness would actually get really deep.
I can't remember Not Me's name right now.
