​David Middleton Fisk's Seth Borenstein's Global Warming Fallacies

But Middleton also makes one serious mistake, he fails to point out the only way Borenstein's fallacies work if is one sticks to the tiny climate data set from 1850 to present. By doing so, the data starts after one of the lowest temperatures in the Holocene climate record, and rises back towards the Holocene average.  Thus, the data does appear to support Borenstein's proposition that the global climate is warming.

But this is little different then if we look only at the last two innings of a baseball game, and not at the prior innings, or the overall score. We could have team A winning by 1 run to 0, shutout! But in the total score we could have team B winning 9 runs to 1. Truncating the data set to a short number of data points, Borenstein achieves a false outcome. Middleton should address this directly but does not, instead he successfully argues each point showing that Borenstein is incorrect on the facts therein.

The charts below extend the temperature coverage back to the Younger Dryas showing us what the temperatures were during the entire 11,000 years of the Holocene period not just since 1850. Notice how the temperatures since 1850 are some of the lowest during the entire Holocene, with only 2 or perhaps 3 other periods equally as low. Also note that those prior periods of low temperature were short, while the Little Ice Age was long, lasting for many hundreds of years. 

Global temperatures are just now recovering from this extensive cold period, and appear to be attempting to re warm to the Holocene average. The global warming alarmist must only address the earth's climate over the past 160 years or so, or be faced with addressing the fact that the Holocene on average was far warmer than the average temps we have had since 1850, and the planet seems to be rewarming to those higher and more life conducive temperatures. 

What is happening is not surprising, it should be expected, and it should be welcomed. The idea that the earth will somehow be better, that animal, and plant life will be better off in this colder climate is absurd. Life needs the earth to be warmer, not colder. 

The real question to ask is why these people are plumping for this obviously inane fear mongering? Once that is uncovered the rest will fall quickly into place.

They will do anything to stave off a future which will never come. Even if that means enslaving you, and everyone else. They are weak, and fearful, they hate the self, they need the mass movement to provide emotional security, self worth, and camaraderie. They are dangerous people, enslaved to a dangerous, unreformed secular religion.
