Study: Ejaculate More, Have Less Prostate Cancer Risk

. . . once a day just clean out those pipes!

No, I am not kidding, and yes, this is from a reputable source. Who knew not busting a nut could kill you?

"A study on ejaculation and prostate cancer risk, which made a big splash at last year's annual meeting of the American Urological Association (AUA), was published online March 29 in European Urology.

The publication provides greater detail on the main finding: that men might be able to lower their risk for prostate cancer by ejaculating frequently.

"This large prospective study provides the strongest evidence to date of a beneficial role of ejaculation in prevention of prostate cancer," write the researchers, led by Jennifer Rider, ScD, MPH, a cancer epidemiologist at the Boston University School of Public Health."

So, to clarify, come often, not necessarily early, but often. Got it! Wait till I tell Maddogswif!

U.K. Considering Regulating Ads to Make Sure the Women In Them Aren’t Too Hot

. . . Harrison Bergeron was a cautionary tale, not an instruction manual.

"The U.K.’s Advertising United Standards Authority is considering regulations to respond to complaints of “sexism” in advertising — including concerns that women in a lot of ads are basically too attractive.

According to a release published by the watchdog on Thursday, ads that present “an idealized or unrealistic body image . . . have gained considerable public interest,” and so it’s important to evaluate whether or not more needs to be done to stop them.

(The phrase “unrealistic body” refers to bodies like that of the woman featured in a Protein World as last year that caused that huge controversy in the U.K. over her attractiveness. In other words: It refers to people who are really hot.)"

So, our ads have too many hot chicks, and not enough pasty, pulpy SJW harridans? Really, I did not notice. I was too busy staring at the hot chicks in the local Victoria's Secret ad.

I can't wait to see this "woman" dolled up selling lingerie.
Go ahead the Onion try and parody this nonsense, I dare you.

Italian unemployment falls to three year low!

Italian unemployment falls to 3-year low - FT.com

The rate today is a super low 11.4%. Wait! What?

"Italy’s unemployment rate fell to a three-year low in March, providing relief for Matteo Renzi, the centre-left prime minister, and stoking hopes that months of stagnation in the labour market of the eurozone’s third-largest economy have ended.

According to Istat, Italy’s statistical agency, joblessness slid from 11.6 per cent in February to 11.4 per cent in March, its lowest level since late 2012, as the number of unemployed Italians fell by 63,000 and the economy added 90,000 positions compared with February.

Italy’s jobless rate still remains well above the eurozone average of 10.2 per cent, a result of the country’s long recession, meek economic recovery and widespread structural problems."

Remember these are the official figures which do not account for the numbers of people who have slipped into disability, or on to welfare of some kind. In the US, we simply do not tolerate these unemployment levels, but in the southern swing of Europe they are life as usual.

Europe must begin to seriously reform its work rules, wage rules, union rules, welfare rules, and oh so much more if it is to remain in the first world. If these countries do not wish to do so, fine, but attempting to remain in the EU is silly if they don't. The game is, however, to remain in the EU since this offers the politicians much cover for endless graft and corruption, and deflects the voters from anger at the Italian politicians and towards the EU bureaucrats.

None of this will make the Italian people wealthier, more prosperous, or more secure. In fact it does the opposite. I am concerned we are about to see the final fracturing, and a great depression in the European southern swing of countries. All to afford the local politicians a bit more time at the graft and corruption trough.

Please note the entire Eurozone unemployment averages 10.2%, again a disastrously high number by US standards.

Good bye Italy, good bye Europe, we hardly knew you!

If you would like to see some internals on the Italian labor market this link has graphs, and more information.

China has a frightening amount of debt, and it is building little of intrinsic value . . .

China’s debt reckoning cannot be deferred indefinitely - FT.com

. . . instead it is simple inflating an already inflated, and fraudulent economy.

"Timing the end of a credit boom is more luck than judgment. There is no question that lenders own bad loans, reckoned unofficially by some banks and credit rating agencies to amount to about 20 per cent of total assets, the equivalent of around 60 per cent of GDP. These will have to be written off or restructured, and the costs allocated to the state, banks, companies or households. Yet in a state-run banking system, where loans can be extended and there are institutional obstacles to realising bad debts, the day of reckoning can be postponed for some time.

More likely, the other side of the lenders’ balance sheets, or their liabilities, is where the limits to the credit cycle will appear sooner. Loans have to be funded by deposits, and China’s banks are venturing beyond fairly stable household deposits to more volatile funding sources in the shadow finance, interbank and corporate markets and overseas. Growing dependence on these liabilities renders the banking system, and the economy as a whole, more vulnerable to withdrawals that are prone to happen suddenly or when lenders lose confidence in economic and financial stability, as we know from 2008."

This is an incredibly precarious position to be in for China. Add to this the fact that China is seeing a massive bums rush expatriation of money. This has driven home prices in Vancouver, and many parts of the West Coast into the stratosphere. China has been very lucky up to this point. However, what it was doing was fairly simple, in that it was adopting the earlier model that the West used to become wealthy. However, that model will only take China so far, and the next step requires the Chinese to innovate, and there is no evidence they can do so.

"For the foreseeable future, China’s neglect of the problem of excessive debt growth looks likely to continue. Beijing cannot afford to spark a disruptive end to the credit boom and a slump in investment, with anecdotal signs of rising labour unrest and unemployment — especially before next year’s 19th party congress, where President Xi Jinping plans to consolidate his support at the upper levels of the Communist party.

The question, then, is whether the politics of debt control will shift after the congress. With a slowing economy and rising financial instability risks, it is hard to imagine Beijing making a strong commitment to cut credit dependency and impose debt management policies such as more defaults and write-offs, the sale of national assets, and the transfer of wealth from indebted state companies and local authorities to private sector households and creditors.

Yet, without such a shift, China is likely to experience greater financial turbulence than it has seen recently, which may not happen by the end of this year but will not take three years either. The main outcome would probably be a growth hiatus of unknown duration, for which the rest of us need to be prepared."

The when question is unknowable, the next question is how severe.

Take essential precautions, and make sure that if China has a rough landing you are nominally protected. I am assuming that once it goes it will be a doozy!

Eurozone GDP returns to pre-crisis levels - FT.com

. . . in the EU, it triggers a party!

"After eight painful years of crises and near stagnation, the eurozone’s economy has finally surpassed its pre-crisis high, beginning the year by outpacing growth in the UK and the US.

The eurozone economy grew 0.6 per cent in the first quarter, helped by a surprisingly robust performance by France. The better-than-expected figures took overall gross domestic product past the peak it hit in the opening quarter of 2008."

Mon Dieu, pathétique!

Hoping that Europe will somehow pull America out of its economic doldrums would be like hoping a 3 year old child with 100' of logging chain and a Big Wheel, will be able to pull your wrecked car out of a ravine.

On a more serious note, this shows exactly the problem the Eurozone is in. America has a single bad quarter, but still returns GDP results that the Eurozone fetes. Europe risks being completely left behind by America if it does not begin to modernize its work rules, employment laws, pension rules, welfare laws, and make serious economic reforms. Some countries, like Sweden, and Germany, have begun to do so to great success. But the rest are mired in a neo-feudal/socialist mindset of business as patron, and employee as servant.

It is time for Europe to modernize, and join the rest of the first world, or be left to establish a new second world economy.

The Left's hatred of Jews chills me to the bone

. . . who can barely contain his desire to lock up the unbeliever, and kill the jew.
It is not just a Euro-British problem, this cancer infects the progressive body politic here as well.
"As a young boy, I used to think my grandma very strange. In her bedroom she kept a suitcase, packed and ready for use at a moment’s notice. “Just in case,” she’d tell me when I asked where it was that she was always waiting to go to. “You never know when they’ll turn on the Jews.
A longer view of history will do that to you.

"Should I admit that I am afraid? Because I am. I don’t go about my life in fear. I wouldn’t be writing this or doing my job if I did. But how, quite rationally, can I not be afraid when Jews are being murdered on the streets of Europe simply for being Jews; when anti-Semitic tropes and discourse is becoming part of the mainstream of political debate; and when one of our main political parties is led by a man who does not merely let this fester, but actually describes representatives of terrorist groups as "friends"?

If this is the level we have reached today, I fear not just for myself but far more for my children. History shows that when anti-Semitism takes hold it does not wither; it grows. Yes, Britain is a wonderful home to Jews, as it is to all minorities. Yes, we have the full backing of the law and the authorities. But yes, I do look over my shoulder. Wouldn’t you?"

It really is different here. We not only allow self defense, we encourage it, and enshrine it into our federal Constitution, and our state Constitutions. Many American's may feel the same way, but they have an additional option of acting as a bulwark against these vicious, hate filled trolls.

Remember elections matter. And notice how people in wonderful Euro-socialist governments are so fearful for their safety. They have reason to be, and no ability for self help.

How Huma Abedin went from intern to Hillary Clinton's closest confidante

. . . the other was a gimp.

"In 1996, two young, ambitious women worked at the Clinton White House. One was assigned to the West Wing—the presidential wing—and became known for her stained blue Gap dress, a sordid manifestation of Bill Clinton’s baser appetites. The other served in the East Wing, where the first lady’s offices are situated. This is the story of the second one, whose selfless servility and uncanny knack for predicting what the boss wants have put her closer than almost anyone to the most powerful woman in American politics."

This makes Huma sound so normal, so reliable, so efficient.

"'She was a very, very religious person—she didn’t smoke, drink or swear, always very polite,” recalls one Clinton friend, who, like most people who spoke to Newsweek, asked not to be named. “A lot of times, Hillary would snap her fingers and go, ‘Gum.’ And Huma would fetch it.” Abed in took her duties so seriously, the source recalled, that when she learned that Clinton had once carried her own bag up a flight of stairs in her aide’s absence, Abedin nearly burst into tears."

Then we find out she was none of those things, she is a gimp. What kind of person would intentionally become Hillary Clinton's gimp?

Oil's Latest Casualty: Saudi Binladin Group Fires 50,000, A Quarter Of Its Workforce

A house fire was never more deserved.

The House of Saud recently came out with an announcement that it would spend $1 trillion to create an economy in Saudi Arabia. Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha! They are losing what economy they have faster than they are creating a new "real" economy.

Saudi Arabia Outlines Reform Plan for Oil-Addicted Economy

Brilliant! The House of Saud tyrant of the land is magnanimously going to finally create an economy? How? These people used to know how to ride camels, and, er, um, well, follow Lawrence of Arabia. Other than that it is a bit difficult to pin down what they actually can do. But work would not make the list. This is a nation of dilettante ne'er do wells intent on eating more welfare, kvetching about the price of oil, and funding anti-West terror groups.

Cut them loose. Tighten visa restrictions so few if any Saudi's can even visit the US. Cut them loose from US military arms supplies, and training. This is the enemy, not an ally. We learned the same lesson 70 years ago when our ally, the USSR, proved to be enemy number 1.

Expect the House of Saud to thrash around and throw money at all manner of inane projects, funds, businesses, but in the end it will be wasted. Without oil there will be no House of Saud, and the price of oil just took a terminal swan dive. Also expect Iran to increase its pressure on the House of Saud. Good. We should support this, albeit covertly.

This is one house fire which would be helped by using gasoline.

US-Created System In Iraq Is Collapsing: Protesters Storm Parliament, State of Emergency Declared - Live Webcast

. . . the man was handed a resolved recession, and a stable world where America was respected. He, and his foreign policy architect, Hillary Clinton, took great pains to utterly destroy every accomplishment.

How much must this man hate America?

It is impossible to even come to grips with the destruction. Central Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, the Near East, Europe, Russia, Eastern Europe/Ukraine/Georgia, the South China Sea, North Korea, are all building catastrophes. The collapse of the BRICS economies was unnecessary. The implosion of many parts of South America Venezuela/Brazil/Argentina was unnecessary. Yet neither the President nor his Secretary of State Hillary Clinton had viable plans to address any of these or any of the other problems facing the world.

This has been the most incompetent Administration in my lifetime; the most destructive of democracy, free markets, liberty, and the most encouraging of tyranny, terror, and hate.

An election looms, choose wisely.

Report: U.S. Delta Force And Navy SEAL Special Forces Have Killed 40 ISIS Operatives Responsible For Attacks From Paris To Egypt…

. . . US SOCOM is the cure!

"Delta Force and Navy SEALs have crippled the group’s ability to recruit foreign fighters and put pressure on the network responsible for striking Europe and Africa.

As the self-proclaimed Islamic State trumpets its global terrorist campaign, U.S. special operations forces have quietly killed more than three dozen key ISIS operatives blamed for plotting deadly attacks in Europe and beyond.

Defense officials tell The Daily Beast that U.S. special operators have killed 40 “external operations leaders, planners, and facilitators” blamed for instigating, plotting, or funding ISIS’s attacks from Brussels and Paris to Egypt and Africa.

That’s less than half the overall number of ISIS targets that special operators have taken off the battlefield, one official explained, including top leaders like purported ISIS second-in-command Haji Imam, killed in March.

The previously unpublished number provides a rare glimpse into the U.S. counterterrorist mission that is woven into overall coalition efforts to defeat ISIS, and which is credited with crippling ISIS efforts to recruit foreign fighters and carry out more plots like the deadly assault on Paris that killed 130 last fall."
