"Obama will be remembered by historians as the man who turned over the White House to Donald Trump, the man who let Putin unloose the forces of Hell in Syria and Ukraine, and the man who honored European values but made the world steadily less safe for them."  

The only thing I would change is I would add one word ". . . [flapdoodle] European values . . . " The Europeans are nothing if not flapdoodles of the highest order. Yes, there are the occasional rational whether in Europe or Britain, like Daniel Hannan, but they are a fairly rare breed. 

"That Putin took the occasion of Obama’s final tour to open a wide new air offensive in Syria and withdraw from the ICC even as his allies celebrated victories in Estonia, Moldova and Bulgaria only underlines what a foreign policy disaster the 44th president has been. Many world leaders like Obama; some pity him; few respect him as a leader (rather than as a man); none fear him. Most are too busy coping with the consequences of his failures to spend a lot of time thinking about him at this point in his presidency. Even Germany, whose cheering crowds once greeted Obama as an enlightened internationalist in the mold of John F. Kennedy, has gradually lost faith in the president."

Quite the legacy, no? While the left fulminates, and plans the downfall of Trump, and America, the world smolders due to Obama's failures, and Americans, hobbled, totter about trying to make the economy function to little avail.

Either the Trump Presidency is a reasonable success, American prestige is restored internationally, the American economy righted, and the world given a reprieve from its pending depression, or the progressives plunge the world, and America into a period of incredible pain, turmoil, and chaos. 

The progressive movement would love to charge all Americans a pound of flesh for our failing to vote for the right candidate, but to do so they must do great damage. By their actions they care not, and want that pound of flesh regardless of consequences.

Although the elections is now over, the battle is but engaged, wheel the chargers, and ready to ride the progressive movement to ground.
