Amazon disrupts another industry

This is Amazon's grocery store of the future: no cashiers, no registers, and no lines

Bu . . . bu  . . . bu . . . but there aren't any employees! What will Trump do? What level of economic idiocy will he stoop to once he figures this out? 

Someone needs to take Trump by the hand and explain that progress requires the loss of jobs, that productivity increases are wealth increases, and beneficial to all of us, and we want this to continue. Yes, job losses are difficult, but they are inevitable. They will only become more so as we get closer to the Singularity. 

The solution is not to demand businesses become static, and unchanging, but to reduce regulations, reduce corporate taxes, to unfetter the rules on entrepreneurs, and allow new areas of business, and new services to once again pick up the slack. 

The new model will require employees to become independent contractors, and to become much more entrepreneurially engaged. They will likely need to creatively rethink their careers every 5-10 years, and will need an education which will allow this flexibility, and the new skills as well. 

Trump with respect to corporate welfare, and employment issues is a mid 20th century man, not what we need. Someone, a trusted advisor needs to talk some sense into the man. Bring him into the 21st century. Please!

On the other hand, no one need tell Bezos what's up, dude has it dialed in. Keep hammering away Jeff, you are the cure.
