Saudi Arabia to scale down military operations in Yemen - FT.com
"Saudi Arabia, facing a 15 per cent fiscal deficit because of low oil prices, can ill-afford the expensive military campaign. Rebuilding Yemen will also cost billions of dollars."
It seems Iran learned from the fall of the USSR after all. Look for Iran to stir up trouble for the House of Saud somewhere new. Iran is attempting to break the House of Saud now that oil prices are low. Once the money really dwindles in Saudi Arabia, look for Iran to fund a proxy action in Eastern Saudi, the oil rich, Shia rich part of Saudi Arabia.
