On the other hand, environmentalists would shunt money to electric cars which are only affordable by the uber wealthy, likely increasing the rebate so millionaires can drive in style without giving their accountants heart attacks. Or shunt money to firms like Solyndra, or SunEdison. Yes. Solyndra is bankrupt and defunct, SunEdison is in the process. These people simply have no idea how to spend this money, and will likely spend it either politically, or lavishly on projects they, or their friends will make money from.
