The way to beat China is the same way we beat Japan, in WWII, Germany in WWII, and the USSR in the Cold War, out industrialize them through arms race. We don't even have to engage in the race, we only need look like we are racing. Once exhausted, and impoverished, they will infarct. This goes for Putin's Russia as well, engage, arms race them into poverty, reduce the government, allow it to recreate itself. Lather, rinse, repeat as necessary until they come to grips with the reality of the End of History and shift to free markets, republican governance, limited government regulations, and reformed religions.
