Lance Armstrong's drug of choice, EPO, 'doesn't work', scientists claim
If true, it would only make sense to rescind the ban, and reinstate Armstrong's wins. After all, his performance was not enhanced, or improved, so his wins were his own efforts. Video Shows Elon Musk Turning the Tunnel Idea Into Reality

Pregnant Woman Uses Jeep to Run Down Man She Says Tried to Steal Her Purse; She's Been Charged With Assault "I don't know what the law says about the use of force to stop a fleeing criminal, so I have no idea if this charge has any good foundation. Assuming she's telling the truth, though: Pregnant woman runs down suspected purse thief with SUV" Generally, the rule is deadly force may only be used to stop a crime if the perpetrator is threatening you, or another with imminent deadly force, or serious bodily injury. A car is a deadly weapon, and theft is not deadly force, or serious bodily injury, and he was fleeing. Like Ace I would not count out jury nullification. Raines is charged with felony breaking and entering, among other charges. Braswell was charged with assault with a deadly weapon."
